The Unnamed Falshire Knight is a deceased member of a military order called Falshire Knights, led by Aelf and erased in a battle against an army of rogue Templars led by Claude Florentine. He is mentioned by Pelador in the cutscene 
Fall of Angels, which is triggered upon investigating the 
Old Knight's Helm in the Mansion's Gallery.
Apart from Aelf, Pelador and the Unnamed Falshire Knight, he is the only explicitly documented member of the Falshire Knights.
