The Hookah Pipe[1] (from Arabic أرجيلة [arghileh]; Persian قلیان [qalyān]; Hindustani हुक़्क़ा (Devanagari) حقّہ (Nastaleeq)), also known as Funky Grass Burner[2], is a single or multi-stemmed instrument for vaporizing and smoking flavored tobacco, called shisha, whose vapor or smoke is passed through a water basin—often glass-based—before inhalation.
In Realms of the Haunting, the Hookah Pipe appears as one of the items that are necessary to solve the riddle in Arqua. The Oriental tobacco pipe relies on the principle that the smoke's being drawn up through the water in the vase area from whatever is being burned.
It can be gathered from the Element Room containing the 
Paper Fan, by blowing air at the tile behind which it is stashed.
The Pipe is used for adding the four ingredients that mirror the elements in their absolute state, and offering it to 
Tishtrya, who in return will award us with the Sword of the Dragon, Eternity.
