The Sketch of an unknown place is a piece of parchment that can be found on the writing table in Florentine's Observatory, along with the first part of his Journal and a Starchart.
We could speculate that the place depicted on the right upper corner of the parchment is the Island of Threads, which is located in the Realm of Sheol. Identifiable features include the green dome in the center that's surrounded by demolished slabs of rock.
